L?équipe Services est composée de 5 Customer Success Manager (CSM) à Paris et 3 à l?international.

Le CSM est là pour accompagner les clients dans la transformation et la digitalisation de leurs processus de gestion d?interventions.
Il est au coeur de l'écosystème de cette startup en tant qu?expert de la solution :
- Il travaille main dans la main avec l'équipe Commerciale, et prend en charge le projet une fois la vente conclue.
I- l accompagne et forme le client, il est force de conseil et pilote le déploiement de la solution. Le CSM reste par la suite en contact avec le client pour écouter ses demandes d?évolutions, et l?assister dans ses nouveaux projets.
- Le CSM est amené à participer aux évolutions du produit en remontant les besoins de ses clients, il est la voix de ces derniers en interne.

Les missions:

- Comprendre le métier, les enjeux, et les besoins de son client, accompagner le client en identifiant ses problématiques et en lui apportant une solution concrète, grâce à une utilisation optimisée de l'application de cette startup
- Construire la solution avec et pour son client, garantir la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle du produit ainsi que son paramétrage, former les équipes et utilisateurs à la solution.
- Etre le référent fonctionnel du client en cas de nouveaux projets.

=> Au cours de votre stage, vous serez embarqué(e) sur une dizaine de projets différents.

Tout est à faire! Le cordonnier bien chaussé : et comme notre propre stratégie SEO doit être aux petits oignons, nous avons une roadmap marketing très ambitieuse : de l'étude de mots clés à la ligne éditoriale, en passant par la mise en place des partenariats, tu ne devrais pas t'ennuyer! 

Et du coup, qu'est ce que tu vas apprendre ? Une expertise folle en référencement naturel et en gestion de compte client, et bien sûr l'expérience d'une startup en pleine croissance !

Your responsibilities will be to ensure that 100 of inquiries are treated for Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa regions within 48 hrs. In case of vacation and sickness you may have to temporarily also cover other regions. Any additional feedback you may get from inquirer or Sales must also be entered in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
