As a Junior in the Leads to Cash team, you will treat incoming web requests. You will be in charge of qualifying each incoming request, adding value (searching for more information about the company and person contacting us) and dispatch them to sales people when relevant. If a request needs complementary data, you will reply directly to the inquirer and ask him/her for more information prior to passing it on to sales. In general, you will provide some type of answer to all serious inquiries since we are very customer centric.

 

Your responsibilities will be to ensure that 100 of inquiries are treated for Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa regions within 48 hrs. In case of vacation and sickness you may have to temporarily also cover other regions. Any additional feedback you may get from inquirer or Sales must also be entered in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. 

 

Your main interfaces will be with the Leads to Cash team, but you will also interact with sales, marketing, web team, customer service and CRM support.

 

We want someone who is curious, easy to learn, attentive and outgoing. You will need to get basic knowledge of all our products and services across business lines and interact with external inquirers, as well as internal stakeholders. You must closely follow the overall Leads to Cash process, but also question it and propose improvements when relevant.

?Support the cleaning of the tool (Cube) to get the most reliable and accurate reporting end 2018


?Support Buyers to clean their reporting and cost saving computation



?Budget 2019 : Support Corporate Buyers on the data collection and consolidation for 2019 budget


?End year 2019 negotiation : RFQ preparation & follow up (data collections, RFQ collection and first level analysis) with the buyers and train her/him with few negotiations on some suppliers we don?t have always the time to address

With a motto ?Do It Yourself But Not Alone?, it provides some self-service toolboxes for internal customers allowing them to implement their needs without huge projects.

After several months, this concept is now known and shared internally in ISS and should be disseminated to the business. Nevertheless, we already have several projects and success. We thus now need to reinforce our communication, our expertise and the community management.

We?re looking for a dynamic trainee to take in charge of this tasks for one of our toolboxes and to assist us on our growth.

 You will :

· Participate to the deployment of a dedicated toolbox (Jira Service Desk especially) through: 
o Participate to the migration of this toolbox in a new infrastructure

o Create, define the Process, initiate and manage the functional administration environment/teams/rules?

o Administrate this toolbox

· Develop skills on this toolbox to help users in their conception.

· Create and animate the community around this toolbox

· Analyze the users? needs in order to propose / design / develop some improvement(s) or dedicated features /scripts if necessary

· Participate to Workshops and team meetings to improve our concepts/missions

More detailed Description:

 

To answer to our On-Demand Connectivity customer SLA, we have the requirement of measuring response time of distributed transaction for our application deployed in the Cloud.

To answer this objective, we would like to test end-to-end distributed tracing tools and to deploy in a cloud production environment.

You will make technical study to evaluate the different solutions available on the market and open source solutions. 

You will be then in charge of prototyping the implementation of the distributed tracing tool onto our On-Demand Connectivity product to validate the concept.

You will have to test your tools and your optimization on a real cloud infrastructure.

You will work with senior architect & system engineers to define and review the appropriate architecture.
