Our client is a well established hospitality group in Hong Kong with strong brand in the market. They are having multiple business units with a numbers of concept restaurants with the aspiration to reach the finest in town in due course. Our client is currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine/Sous-Chef to set the direction of the French Fine Dinning menu, manage the kitchen and run the back-end operations of the restaurant so as to ensure that a premium level of service is provided to the customers.Reporting to the Group Executive Chef, you will lead the back-end team to build and develop the finest and exclusive menu to reach to attract customers and strengthen the reputation in the competitive market. You will lead, monitor, coach and train your team to deliver the best dishes in town and bring high customers� satisfaction. You will work closely with the floor team to maintain the restaurant�s daily operations and create fabulous fine dinning experience for the guests. You will actively collect feedback from your guests and media to make sure the highest satisfaction and the best fine French dining restaurant image is built in town. You and your team will manage the kitchen and ensure all the kitchen environment is up to the Group and government�s hygiene standards. You will participate in sourcing and selecting the suppliers for purchasing the best-valued materials. You will also manage the F&B cost.
